If you have a suggestion to improve the DC Universe experience, we want to hear it!

:point_right: For technical or billing issue (for example, “How do I change my credit card information?” or “I’m having trouble loading my videos”) please submit a ticket directly to our Help Center at yourdcu.com/submit :point_left:

We offer a few Master Topics that help keep certain categories of feedback organized for easy review by our staff.

We’ll continue to update this list as we break in the new forum features, but we do maintain some tried and true values to bear in mind when submitting a suggestion:

  • We recognize the frustration of a feature or platform not working as expected. Please try to remain respectful, clear, and constructive in your suggestions; this will help staff understand the issue and move quickly to resolve it.
  • A gentle reminder that Billing & Technical reports should be directed to our Help Center, where the dedicated agents have access to information that the forum moderators do not (and should not!) to look at your individual payment or account issues.
