Golden Age Recommendations

Hey Guys! For all of you guys of the Golden Age DC comics, what books would you recommend to read? I would love to start exploring the older books in the DCU Library, but I don’t really know where to start. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Start with Detective Comics #27, first Batman, and stop at issue #38 when they introduce Robin.

The first 12 issues of Action Comics Superman stories are incredible. It presents a Superman that we’ve never seen the like of since, a true champion for justice in an all too corrupt world.

I’d second All-Star, to really understand the Golden age you need to understand what isn’t the trinity, IMO.

What Leonardo said. And… IT’S THE FIRST SUPER-HERO TEAM, LIKE EVER!

Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are pure comics history.

And Jay Garrick is THE FLASH, man!
