Green Lantern (1960-) #69
In 60-69 GL continues his self-imposed banishment from Coast City and continues to try and make some sort of personal life for himself in Evergreen City. The stories are entertaining, the books have a groove at this point. Some new artists and writers pop up and do and great job, and the original writers muck in as well. Cultural “real world” references, such as a bunch of hippies, continue to pop in, grounding to setting in a way I complained earlier was desperately needed. I have also enjoyed watching things like clothing styles change. A good set of books and by now a highly enjoyable romp.
